Refund policy

All our garments are quality controlled at our warehouse before sending them to you, no faulty goods will be sent out. All sales are final. If for any reason an inferior item is received, we will pay return postage and once received we will examine, and if found to be faulty, we will replace with another of the same item. This must be claimed within 7 days of receipt, please e mail us at hello@creamcollection.com.au to make your claim. Any claim after three months will not be accepted. The claimed item must be returned in the original condition it was sent. Please check the sizing chart on each product page to ensure you've purchasing the perfect fit. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@creamcollection.com.au.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@creamcollection.com.au
